I used to have a recurring dream. Very recurring. As in I had this pesky dream all the time.

Years after graduation I would find myself in a dream university classroom.

Newsflash! I was supposed to be taking a particular class and without that class, I would not graduate.

There was one day until graduation and unless I passed the final with flying colors, my goose was cooked!

I would be a big, fat FAILURE! Do NOT pass go! DO NOT get a decent job! Do NOT SURVIVE!

"Loser, Loser, Loser, there is something very definitely WRONG with you!" the letters seem to flash from the dream-state. The doom was so thick, I awakened believing life as I knew it was over and done with. I just knew I would soon be swirling quickly in cesspool of failure.

I also know you may also have this common recurring nightmare. Many people have this exact dream or one very similar.

Think about it for a second from a more global scale: as a part of a collective consciousness. What is it we are *together* and *individually* afraid of failing?

What is the missing piece between us and "graduation?"

As students across the globe head back to school, I am reminded that there is something about school starting that says: "Get on Board! If you miss class, you have missed out!"

To keep us OUT of the nightmarish state, let's remember that is NOT the truth at all. The nightmare is a fabrication and at times an indication that we are wandering around in our own world of false beliefs more often than is healthy. Replace this unhealthy nightmarish dream lie with the truth. Your ongoing course of growth, discovery and application into an even more beautiful person you are now is to be relished.

It is not about failure at all. It is about crafting from your unique personal giftedness. It is about polishing your being and then taking action from the depth of love from that being.

What comes as a result comes only from you and CAN come only from you. In the business world companies "brand" themselves according to their unique message, approach or perspective. Your brand comes from who you are and how you apply that with love. Its when you allow this brand to be what all else in your life grows from that you are rewarded beyond any of your POSITIVE, wonderful dreams.

Wallace Wattles wrote, "You can render to God and humanity no greater service than to make the most of yourself."

About six months ago fell asleep one night only to be greeted by this familiar dreamscape. I chose to divert myself in the dream state. I took my own hand and said, "This is that dream again. You are not about to fail anything. Nothing is missing. You are safe."

What will it take for you to experience and feel safety rather than experience and feel safety? What can you do to apply your *brand* so that you can experience and feel safety and love and then express then express it to others?

Think about that for a moment. Allow the question to float around your mind. Don't push for "the" answer, allow it to come forth perhaps slowly, perhaps quickly and perhaps not at all today.

It might come to you tonight as you dream, or tomorrow as you awaken.

This recurring dream used to come to me especially during times of stress, in moments when I was feeling tapped out and on the edge.

One of the methods I used to experience and feel safety was to no longer allow life to upset me so much that it even upset my sleeping patterns. I learned that by continuing to learn and move forward, learn and move forward, learn and move forward that I would not get stuck on the edge. Instead I would move through the edge and over to the other side. Just like I did in my "redirected" nightmare in recent months when I said to myself "This is *that* dream again.

You are not about to fail anything. Nothing is missing. You are safe."
